1. Which operators does this 4G security camera support?

The SIM card in the package can support T-mobile, AT&T and Verizon. You can also use your own mobile card，but Verizon can Only be used by EIOTCLUB SIM card.

2. Can this 4G LTE cellular camera be used with wifi?

It is Not available for WiFi, but only for 3g/4g LTE connections.

3. What if my 4G security camera can't connect to the network?

（1）Please check whether the SIM card is inserted correctly

（2）Please confirm the correspondent of your SIM card, cause we only support T-mobile, AT&T and Verizon.

（3）Please check the flow balance of your SIM card. After you recharge the quota, you need to restart the device, manually restart or wait for an hour for automatic restart, and then wait for the device to return to online. Running out of credit can also cause delays in surveillance images.

（4）Please check your balance of the data, if you run out of traffic, the camera cannot connect to the network.

4. What capacity Micro SD card does the camera support?

The 4G LTE cellular camera supports a Micro SD card of up to 128GB, the package without a SD card.

5. Why can't my camera work after replacing my own SIM card？

If you need to replace your own SIM card, you need to restore the factory settings to run normally, just press the reset key to restart.

6. Can I use it in Canada?

Sorry, Our cellular camera is a AU version, only can be used in the Australia . If you want to use it in Canada or Mexico, you need to insert a local SIM card.

7. Can I replace the SD card when the camera is running？

Sorry, our security camera does not support this. If you want to replace the SD card, you need to close the camera first, replace the SD card, and then reopen it.
