In the case of my military surplus items I would like to stress that you are purchasing military surplus from around the world. Unless the item states that it is new, NOS condition in packaging items in non or un-issued condition can be 50 years old or more. They will not show wear or signs of use but they have been stored for years and shipped around the world so they will show signs of storage and may have that military surplus smell.

These are genuine Italian military water resistant long Trench Coats in excellent, lightly used to new, non-issued condition. New, non-issued old stock to excellent lightly used condition (as marked). NOS Coats are just like new. No damage, wear or stains but are not in original packaging. Excellent condition coats may be non-issued also but have missing or broken buttons or thread repair as marked. All may show minor long term storage marks and pin holes in the lapels from Italian military pins that were removed. Tag photos are of one of the Size Medium but all have similar sizing tags.

Due to European sizing being different than U.S. sizing I am showing measurements below for all four sizes. These are closer to civilian sizing than military sizing. Please compare them to a long coat or parka that fits you well prior to ordering.



  • Size 46 - Medium/Regular- Excellent: Chest measures 21" pit to pit or 42" all of the way around the coat from just beneath the armpits. It measures 18" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeves measure 25" as measured from the outside edge of the shoulder seam to the sleeve tips. Length as measured from the collar seam to the bottom of the hem is 41". This is the one that is missing one button and another button is broken in half. It is otherwise like new.
  • Size 46-Medium/Tall- NOS: Chest measures 21" pit to pit or 42" all of the way around the coat from just beneath the armpits. It measures 18" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeves measure 26" as measured from the outside edge of the shoulder seam to the sleeve tips. Length as measured from the collar seam to the bottom of the hem is 42".
  • Size 48 - Medium/Tall- Excellent: Chest measures 21" pit to pit or 42" all of the way around the coat from just beneath the armpits. It measures 18" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeves measure 26" as measured from the outside edge of the shoulder seam to the sleeve tips. Length as measured from the collar seam to the bottom of the hem is 43". This is the one that has two small threaded repairs just above the tail on the rear. It is otherwise like new.
  • Size 46 - Medium/Extra Tall- Excellent: Chest measures 21" pit to pit or 42" all of the way around the coat from just beneath the armpits. It measures 18" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeves measure 27" as measured from the outside edge of the shoulder seam to the sleeve tips. Length as measured from the collar seam to the bottom of the hem is 43". This one is missing one button. It is otherwise like new.
  • Size 52 - Large/Regular- Excellent: Chest measures 24" pit to pit or 48" all of the way around the coat from just beneath the armpits. It measures 20" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeves measure 25" as measured from the outside edge of the shoulder seam to the sleeve tips. Length as measured from the collar seam to the bottom of the hem is 41". This one appears just slightly used and the liner is attached and not removable.
  • Size 52 - Large/Tall- Excellent: Chest measures 23" pit to pit or 46" all of the way around the coat from just beneath the armpits. It measures 20" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeves measure 26" as measured from the outside edge of the shoulder seam to the sleeve tips. Length as measured from the collar seam to the bottom of the hem is 42". This one is missing one button. It is otherwise like new.
  • Size 50 - Large/Tall- NOS: Chest measures 23" pit to pit or 46" all of the way around the coat from just beneath the armpits. It measures 19" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeves measure 26" as measured from the outside edge of the shoulder seam to the sleeve tips. Length as measured from the collar seam to the bottom of the hem is 42".
  • Size 52 - Large/Tall- NOS: Chest measures 23" pit to pit or 46" all of the way around the coat from just beneath the armpits. It measures 20" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeves measure 26" as measured from the outside edge of the shoulder seam to the sleeve tips. Length as measured from the collar seam to the bottom of the hem is 42".
