Shipping Policy

I try my best to dispatch all items within 3 business daysof purchase. Weekends and Public Holidays are not included in this time frame.

Wherever possible, I will try to use recycled packaging toreduce environmental impacts. This might be in the form of a box from aprevious delivery I might of had, or shredded paper that was otherwise on itsway to the compost bin.

All items are sent with Australia Post unless otherwisestated.

If your listing has an option for "free postage"please be advised that this item will likely be sent as a letter with notracking or insurance (stamps only). This item will arrive to you with yourPostie along with other addressed lettered mail in your mailbox, and not withthe Parcel Delivery person.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they purchasetheir item with their preferred postage option. If you wish to be able to trackyour item, please ensure that "flat rate satchel" is selected uponpurchase. If this option is not available on your listing, please contact meprior to purchase and I can update the listing accordingly.

If you would like your item sent "express post" -please contact me and I can obtain a quote for you.

Due to public holidays or peak shipping times (i.eChristmas), often there are delays with postage which I cannot be heldresponsible for.

Returns Policy

All items have been accurately described to the best of myability. I would not sell any item in a condition that I would not be happy toreceive myself.

Buyer is responsible for return postage on all listings.Buyer will need to return the item to Seller using a method of postage that hasthe ability to track the consignment (i.e a flat rate satchel). Buyer will alsoneed to obtain "proof of lodgement" from the Post Office whenreturning item.

Refund will only be given if the item you received issignificantly not as described. Please contact me first to discuss any issuesyou may have with your item.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)advises consumer guarantees do not apply if you;

1. Received what you asked for, but simply changed yourmind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you no longer liked the purchase or nolonger had use for it

2. Misused a product in a way that caused an issue

3. Were made aware of any faults/flaws with the item in thelisting prior to your purchase

4. Asked for a service to be done in a way that goes againsteBay's policies, or were unclear about what you wanted.
