These are a direct bolt on bracket that requires NO cutting or modifying the car or bumper in any way. Simply remove the old bumper shocks and bolt on these brackets. Installation is very easy and takes about 30 minutes. These brackets will also save a lot of weight from the front of the car. Our brackets are 6lb 9oz, lighter than the OEM bumper shocks! Brackets are made from 5mm thick stainless steel plate with a 3mm thick stainless steel square tubing double welded to the plate. Replaces Porsche part number 94450501703, 944-505-017-03 (Only Shorter). Please note that these short brackets will remove the bumper shocks from the front bumper. This means your bumper will now be directly bolted to the body of the car. So hitting anything with the front bumper will now bend/damage the body of the car instead of collapsing the bumper shocks.
