Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days
Every item is 100% brand new direct from the manufacturer (no exceptions).
Due to health regulations, we DO NOT accept used items for return or exchange.
If non-defective is returned, 20% restocking fee and actual shipping fee will be deducted from refund.
Shipping charges are non refundable. If your item was shipped free of charge, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted

Note
Please be careful to keep it clean before and after use; when washing it, keep circuit part away from water, avoid to cause electrical fault; the vibrator must be kept away from dirty matter like ink; make sure the battery warehouse bottom tightened, avoid not tighten the battery warehouse lead to bad contacts can't work; before storage, remove battery and reposition back to its normal site respectively in packing bag for future use.
