This genuine, copper engraved map depicts an area between Villach in Austria in the North, Pula in Croatia in the East, Venice in the Southwest and Feltre in the West. It was published by Abraham Ortelius in 1595. The map measures 36 x 48 cm (plate size) and is in good condition, showing only some light browning due to age. Latin text on verso. Van den Broecke No. 119 - 1595L72.
