Preowned vintage condition, signs of common age wear, untested item, has original 240 watt battery's, used to run a neon type bulb system, bulb cover plate is plastic not glass, center has a clip ring, which part of it rattled off, neon still good see pics, body made of a lucite, all in good solid shape, no cracks or broken areas, as far as more info on this particular, not to much info that I could find, overall great rare item for the right person who has the knowledge or for creative use and or decor, any other questions please ask will answer to the best of my knowledge.
