All orders will be sent by 2nd class Royal Mail post within 24 hours of ordering and you can expect delivery within 3-4 working days approx  Items ordered over the weekend/Bank Holidays will be sent on the next working day  

If you receive goods which are damaged or faulty, please advise us first by eBay message within 7 days, giving details of the problem  We will then advise our procedure for returning the item within 30 days by normal 2nd class post and obtaining a free 'proof of posting certificate' for your records for replacement or refund.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please contact us as above

Items must be unused, complete with all tags and original packaging and in a resaleable condition.  We will refund item only but not any postage costs

Delayed Items

Our post is sent out 2nd class.  This takes 3-4 days

approx (possibly longer in very severe weather conditions) but please note we have no control over the Royal Mail and are totally in their hands

Please let us know if you have not received your item within 14 days of despatch

Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until 15 working days have elapsed.  Please do check with your neighbours or your local delivery/sorting office (NOT THE POST OFFICE) before contacting us as Postmen/Postwomen do not always leave a card.  Most missing items are usually found in the local delivery/sorting office
