South African Mohair

The African angora goat provides this mohair, one of the most sought after natural fibers in the world. Compared to sheep wool, mohair is much softer, has a notable sheen and luster, and is popular because of its compatibility with most dyes. On top of these qualities, it is incredibly light and warm.

These blankets are produced in the South Africa and have been hand selected to be imported to the US.
