Oh, there is so much going on with this piece!  Absinthe is what came to mind, the libation of creative types and of the GREEN FAIRY!

The hoop was harvested from Live Creek Willow when I gathered inland from Santa Barbara, CA.

The Hide is sheepskin.

The body of the Green Fairy is a piece of Cat's Claw that I found at Medicine Wind Circle, just west of Kingman, AZ.

I accented the stick with some gold tones.  The beautiful Green Fairy face is from a vendor on Etsy. At the base of her chin and at the top of her head are Arkansas Crystal points.  Her feather is from my parrot, Artie whom I have had for 35 years!

I am not sure what material the background leaf is.  The leaf at her waist is frosted glass.  

The piece is designed to hang on the wall.  It is  9 inches tall and 10 inches wide.
