Cooling

- Sealed the eye mask in a plastic bag and then place in fridge for ice pack.

- Chill it for 1-2 hours , or freeze it for 30 minutes

- This gel pack can stay cold for 15-20 minutes

Heating

- Place in microwave for 10 seconds at a time to get warm mask.

- The best therapy time is approximately 15 minutes recommended by doctor and therapist.

HOT&COLD THERAPY:
