The very detailed, atmospherically colored representation shows, among other things, the triumphal arch, the castle, the churches and the harbor facilities. It is enlivened by extensive depictions of people, carriages and ships and is complemented by a royal coat of arms. The view was engraved by Willem Swidde based on a model by Erik Dahlberg and published in Dahlberg's monumental Swedish work of architecture and views "Suecia Antiqua et Hodierna" in 1693.

This rare and very detailed panoramic view shows the center of the city of Stockholm during the entry of queen Ulrika Eleonore in 1680. It depicts the churches, the castle, the harbor and all other important buildings in decorative colors. The view is further enriched by several ships, coaches and people as well as a royal coat of arms. This genuine copper engraving was engraved by Willem Swidde after a drawing by Erik Jönsson Dahlberg (1625 - 1703). He published it in his monumental work "Suecia Antiqua et Hodierna" in 1693. The engraving measures 24 x 58 cm (combined platesize, printed from two plates and joined) and is in good condition, showing some very light browning of the paper due to age.
