We dispatch all orders from our warehouse in the West of Scotland. We dispatch Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 2pm and 3pm, all orders after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Most orders are delivered via Royal Mail, we use RM48 which is a second class service with a guide of 3 working days but on occasion can take a day or two longer we also use Evri for our longer items, we will also use other courier companies when weight and geographic restrictions apply.

Some of our deliveries will require a signature on delivery, whenever possible please quote a delivery address where a signature can be given during working hours.

Faulty/Damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

Goods not required can be sent back up to 30 days after the sale but must be in saleable condition and returned in original packing for a refund. If the item has been removed from the point of sale packaging we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to enable us to sell the item as a graded return

Buyer pays for all return postage, please send via a tracked service with proof of postage as we are not responsible until we receive the goods back.
