Fun dress for sure… super 90s with the unique acetate fabric. It’s fabric & size tag is shredded so no way to tell size either. I can tell it’s acetate though. And best for someone petite because it’s a short mini dress. It’s probably about a size 2-4 I would say. Pls double check though, the measurements are below.
