1.as5048a ist ein 14-Bit-Drehpositionssensor (früher bekannt als Encoder) mit Winkelmessung und PWM-Ausgang (= Pulsweitenmodulation) in 360°-Volldrehung basierend auf berührungsloser Magnetsensortechnologie.
Das Gerät eignet sich für Wellenanwendungen, bei denen ein einfacher zweipoliger Magnet über oder unter dem Sensor-IC gedreht wird und die Nullposition mit einfachen SPI-Befehlen in das Gerät programmiert werden kann.
Magnetische Winkelpositionsmessung mit einer Auflösung von 14 Bit = 16384 Positionen, serielle Schnittstelle (SPI) zu digitalen Werten pro Umdrehung.
2. AS5048 bietet einen PWM-Ausgang und eine SPI- oder I2C-Schnittstelle zur Winkelmessung für Mikrocontroller. Bei der mechanischen Konstruktion ist es nicht erforderlich, die anfängliche Nullposition des Chips und die Paarung der Magnetpole des verwendeten Magneten zu berücksichtigen.
Stattdessen können die Nullbits bereits beim Zusammenbau durch einfache SPI- oder I2C-Befehle in den internen Speicher des AS5048 programmiert werden (keine spezielle Programmierausrüstung erforderlich).
3. AS5048 weist außerdem eine sehr hohe Betriebstoleranz auf, einschließlich Positionsabweichung zwischen Chip und gepaartem Magnet, Abweichung des Luftspalts zwischen Chip und gepaartem Magnet sowie Temperaturschwankungen zwischen -40 °C und +150 °C.
4. Der magnetische Drehgeber AS5048 bietet im Vergleich zu früheren magnetischen Drehgeberprodukten von austriamicrosystems bessere Messungen. Sein analoges 14-Bit-Mess-Frontend bietet eine Messauflösung von 0,0219 Grad.
Durch Linearisierung und Mittelungsverarbeitung durch den Mikrocontroller kann eine Winkelmessung bis zu 0,05 Grad realisiert werden.
