You lift the corner of the Joker playing card cover to reveal the time. It comes still sealed on it's original blister packed card. Packaging is excellent. It was made by Quintel and is dated 1989. It is fully licensed by DC Comics. It will need a new battery as it is 33+ years old. There is no guarantee that the watch will work even after a new battery is installed.
