This Robin has been cast and then hand polished. They are then enameled by highly skilled painters, by creating overlapping colours which are then repeatedly glazed and baked at a high temperature to create both a visually stunning and hard wearing surface. The final process is the lacquering process which will prevent the items from becoming tarnished over time. This removes the need for cleaning, so never use abrasive polishes or cloths. All the items have been fully hallmarked at the Sheffield Assay Office, guaranteeing the quality and fineness of this sterling silver piece.
