1992 Road Champs Rusty Wallace Pontiac Experience / Penske Racing Team Transporter 1/64 scale Semi-Truck

This is a new truck but in storage it was upside down and the plastic has town away from the cardboard in the packaging.  Still it is new but the packaging is not.
