We have printing partners worldwide, so deliveries should take around 7 days. You will also receive a tracking number to keep you informed.

With the digital downloads, you will receive a link for a low-resolution jpg with a watermark.

Once we get the thumbs up from you, you will then receive the full-resolution download. If you have also ordered a physical print and the item arrives faulty, we will replace it free of charge.

Yes. If you have something particular in mind, we will endeavour to help. This may incur extra costs as it could take more time.

 

Do you have a limit to the number of people portrayed in a single picture?

The current limit, due to time and other complications, is four.

4. Make sure to include only the face/head.
5. Make sure the resolution isn't low.
