Notes:              This is a picture of the “Rowena Loops” at the Columbia River Hwy., Oregon #544.  In our view of this birds-eye sepia-colored postcard we see numerous hairpin turns through high mountain desert. Some of the turns have guardrails.  The focus and clarity is quite amazing as we can see far off into the distance on the other side of the canyon many miles away.
