Vintage Starter Puffer from the early 90’s. This jacket is in MINT condition. Everything I thought might be an issue is pictured. You can see from the draw strings, sleeve cuffs and waist cuff this coat was barely worn. I have multiple Starter puffers and this one feels brand new since the lining is still super thick.
