Scott 485-487, 489-492, 2c/20c "Victory" and "Commonwealth" overprints on the 1935 issue (the stamps were issued without overprints on Feb. 15, 1935 and overprinted "Commonwealth" in late 1936/early 1937 and overprinted "Victory" on Jan. 19, 1946)

They were used to create "first day" covers commemorating the reopening of the Philippine Island post office on April 16, 1945. The stamps are tied by two large blue "Manila Post Office First Day Cover Apr. 16, 1945" circular datestamps, and have a shield and "C.C.B." with a number, handstamp cachets, plus printed cachet of five stars with "Victory Stamps First Day Cover Manila, Philippines" at bottom left

The cover you receive will be identical to the one imaged above but the stamps may not be in the exact same places.
