Part is new in original packaging. New, Old stock (NOS) from automotive repair shop. Ordered from automotive part supplier for customer repair, but was never used and sat in our shop's inventory. The plastic protective sleeve found on new sensors is missing, so there is some dust on the sensor itself, but it shouldn't affect the usability of the sensor. 

This is an OE / OES (Original Equipment Supplier) part. OES parts are made on the same assembly line and held to the same quality standard as ?Genuine OEM parts?, except that the ?genuine OEM part? is branded with the car?s logo, and then gets wrapped and labeled in the car manufacturer's packaging. Genuine OEM parts are generally more expensive to the consumer due to branding. 

For example, Denso, NOK, Bosch, Bilstein, ATE, to name a few, are all (OES) Original Equipment suppliers to the car manufacturers. If Denso makes the sensors on your car, they will also make additional units. The additional units do not have the cars branding but are for sale at various part wholesalers. These are manufactured while maintaining the same quality and precision levels.

Condition may vary, from new-in-box, open box, damaged box. Any major flaws will be noted in the item details above. Please refer to the pictures to see condition of the part.
