This edition is from 1920 and is the 11th edition. It is leather bound which is patchy and the spine area is worn at the top and bottom. 

The gilt lettering is in good condition. 

Internally the cover pages and title page show signs of tanning but the rest of the pages are in good condition and the binding is firm although the spine/hinge is cracked near the back. 

There are pencil marks throughout the book.
