3d printed Harrison M300 lathe name badge (replica). These badges are 3d printed based on the original Harrison drawings. 600 group no longer have stock of the originals, so the only option is to find a second hand set (very rare) or make a recreation. I created a 3d model that followed the exact drawings from Harrison.

The original Harrison part was cast in alloy, with two M5 fixing studs for each word to attach it to the machine. In 1975 Harrison changed to a styrene (plastic) construction, with two small studs on each badge. Presumably, the badges were then glued to the machine.

For my version each badge (Harrison & M300) is 3d printed in several parts, the background in black PETG and the letters in red PLA. The letters are a push fit into the background. The background has two 5mm x 5mm plain studs to locate the badges in the holes in the machine. I will also provide four black washers that are a press fit on the studs that can be used to fix the badges to the machine.

The red colour may be slightly brighter than the original Poppy Red colour. If you would like, it is possible for you to remove the letters and respray them if you want them in a different colour.
