This listing is for a vintage Selmer (Elkhart - New York) clarinet mouthpiece. This is for Eb sopranino clarinet, although some people call it Eb soprano. It is stamped "FRANCE" on one side, and "2V" on the other. The tip opening measures 1.10mm (.043"). It is made of hard rubber, not plastic. 

This mouthpiece is in very good used condition. The facing is smooth, and original. There are no tooth indentations on the beak. The rubber is faded/discolored from age, but that is purely cosmetic. There is some light ligature scratching on the exterior. The cork is in excellent condition. This mouthpiece has been cleaned/sanitized.
