If any shipment is returned due to an error in the shipping address provided to us or due to package not being claimed by the receiver, we will deduct the return shipping fee from the purchase price prior to issuing the refund. Return Policy
Taqwa wants to ensure complete satisfaction of our customers. Most item(s) may be returned for a refund within 30 days from receipt of merchandise and accompanied with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may return your items in their original packaging, unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery. In addition to the RMA number all returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip and all original components. All returns must be paid by the customer or the fee will be deducted from the refund. All returns should be shipped with a valid tracking or delivery confirmation number back to our warehouse. Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. Unfortunately, TaqwaEnt LLC. will not accept any merchandise that was worn, dirty, washed, used, accidentally damaged, or otherwise returned in a worse condition than it was sent in.
