This is a 1937 Smith Corona Sterling 1A Portable Typewriter with Case black Flat Top.

The serial number is 1A25357 which according to the smith corona serial number site places this as a 1937 model

Cosmetically it looks beautiful with only a few minor scratches and flaws on the typewriter the case is solid with some wear from age on the case.

However the keys are locked up and this unit would have to be lubed and serviced if it is to be used but would be a nice addition to some ones collection.
