To customise this Heart Photo Slate, please send us a high resolution photo via an Ebay message.

Please only send a high quality image that is more than 1500px x 1500px (300dpi). Anything less will result in a poor quality / blurred image on the slate.

As this is a Heart Shaped slate, ensure that the main object (Humans, Pets etc.,) are central of the photo. If the main object of the photo is on the edge of the photo it will need cropping / stretched or may not be suitable.

Once we have despatched your order we will provide a Tracking number which you can use to see where your order is and when it will be delivered. If you are not home on the day it will be delivered, you have the option to change the delivery Date / Safe Place. If you would like a Text Message or Email from Royal Mail when your order will be delivered, please include your Phone Number or Email when placing your order.

RETURNS

As this is a personalised item, returns are not accepted. You will be sent photos of the Product before it is sent for you to confirm that you are happy with the finished personalised Product.

We use Genuine EPSON Sublimation inks and Grade A 125G Sublimation Paper to print Photos. However, due to different colour settings on Computers, Monitors, Mobile phones and Tablets, print colour of the photos may vary slightly from the image shown.

Please note that due to Rock Slates being a natural product, sizes are approximate and are hand cut.

All Rock Slates will have a rustic finish to the edges, your image may be resized, changed in orientation and some cropping may occur to fit the slate. Proof(s) of the Rock Slate will be sent to you for your approval before being sent.
