- A typical piece of art from the renown Catalan Majorcan art glass studios in Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain. Possibly by Vidrios da Arte Gordiola, the Gordiola Glassmaking Company, which is the oldest, established in 1719
- The Mallorcan production rivals the best examples of the Venetian and Murano glassworks
- In July 2021 the technique of glass-blowing was recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage.
