PAYMENT:
PayPal is the only payment method
accepted. Immediate payment is required for Buy It Now. Wherever best offer is
accepted, please finish the payment as soon as possible. If there is a delay,
let us know so we won't cancel and relist the items.
SHIPPING:
We inspect every items very before
shipment. We also package them carefully to ensure safe delivery. Items
are shipped almost always on the same day (SDS), if it's bought and paid before
5 pm EST. If it’s not possible to ship on the same day, your order will be
shipped by the end of the next business day after payment is received. Holidays
and weekends are not considered business days. If you want to make change to
your shipping address, you have to do it via ebay message so that ebay has can
document that you asked us to change your delivery address. We will do our best
to change it, that is if we haven't sent out the item to the delivery carriers.
If the item has been sent out to delivery carriers, we can't change the
address. You are responsible to put the correct delivery address in ebay and in
paypal check out screen. If that is the case, and the item comes undeliverable
and returned to us, we will charge 20% restocking fees. The same with correct
delivery address. If the delivery carriers can't deliver due to delivery gate
code or left you a note but you did not pick up your packages, and package is
being returned to us, we will issue you a refund, minus 20% restocking fees
because the delivery error is not a fault of our own.
RETURNS:
If you want to return an item, it
MUST be in the same condition as when you received it. Meaning, if it has tags,
they must be attached when returned. If the item is SEALED, it must be
returned, sealed. The original seal can NOT be broken. If for some reason you
aren't happy with an item, please message us first and we will try and work out
a resolution. We will do our best to provide best customer service. We will
inspect the item first when we receive your returns. If the returns are due to
no fault of our own (changed mind, no longer needed, bought by mistake, better
price available somewhere else, undeliverable address, wrong address), we are
going to deduct 20% restocking fees if the items are still new, with tag and in
original box. If the item has been worn, used, or damaged, or comes with no tag
or no box, we will deduct 50% restocking fees. Item that has been used past 30
days, we will not be able to provide any refunds. We reserve the right to approve
or reject any refund requests, per ebay policy.
