Some small items may be sent with 1st class recorded Royal Mail though this service will be added to the listing.
A tracking number is provided with every purchase.
Large items that require palletised delivery such as engines, gearboxes are shipped with TPN The Pallet Network. These items will be delivered within 48 hours and should be signed for. Failed delivery due to nobody there to sign will mean that the buyer must collect the pallet from the courier depot or incur a redelivery charge.

All parts are stamped & removal of the marks will invalidate your warranty.

In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, Ascend Auto Breakers Ltd must be notified within 48 hours. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover any labour costs under any circumstances.
In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, we must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 14 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged.
TERMS OF SALE
Items purchased which are found to be faulty will be replaced with the same or an equivalent part.
No labour costs will be covered under any circumstances.
You must be 100% sure that the details supplied in the advert match your requirements, if you are unsure in any way at all then you must phone or e-mail to confirm the details BEFORE purchasing.
Your part number must be checked against the one in the advert (if there is one) as items that are supplied correctly but purchased in error or no longer required will not be returnable for refund or credit If however the management agrees to accept a return this will be subject to a 20% handling charges.
