This vintage Mattel 14-inch Pulsar Ultimate Man of Adventure action figure is the perfect addition to your collection.  The Pulsar Man is unique in a the way that; when you push the button on the back, the Lungs expand, the blood flows  and the Heart beats.  The face lifts up and there is a spot to insert small discs, not included.  The body needs a bath, left fore arm has a seam that is not perfectly tight, and the right foot is broken; all of these should be an easy repair.
