this are not connecting to laptop or phone, both earbuds say charged and can hear her voice, charging case works fine and is worth S10 on its own, just cant get them to connect to anything so selling for parts only no returns

had these for few year, i lost left bud and got a replacement, then i got another set for wife, they got mixed up by mistake, i got one set to work after resetting them and tried resetting others and cant get them to connect to anything. i could sell them separate and get more money, was hoping someone with the skill set could get them working instead
