8 inches in height each. Both in great working condition. 1 is missing the flower on the hands. do not see any cracks or chips. They do need cleaned as they have been in storage for a couple of years. Absolutely loved these in my display at Christmas. Needing to downsize and want them to go to another home that will cherish them as well.
