Very good vintage, previously used, condition. There are some upsides to this house & some downsides. Upside, the decals are in pretty good condition and show little damage. Downside - the plastic surfaces have an overall dinginess because I didn't want to damage the decals when cleaning it. There is a corner missing on the base. Some very light scratching from previous use is present. Please see the photos & description for more details.
