The Amazing Spider-Man #190, 1979  (Man-Wolf) Plus The Amazing Spider-Man #205, 1980-Marvel Comics-Black Cat appearance.  I bought both of these at a Comic Con in the last 10 years.  Prices right on the front of the bag.  Trying to recoup some of my investment.  I'm NOT a professional grader, but would say both grade between a 5 & 7.  Will accept offers as well.  Will ship between cardboard & in a large envelope.
