Never opened. Figure was bought at the Square Enix booth at San Diego Comic Con in 2012. This is the Black and White version.

Box is still in great condition. Some typical shelf wear around the corners of the box from years of storage in a smoke-free house closet. Tiny tear on bottom, left of front plastic (third to last picture). Some small crease marks on top of box (last two pictures). All sides of the box are pictured so that you can view the condition.
