I was told the silver cover programs were for sale on the European leg of this tour. We got them from a European source, in fact, back in the day. MUCH scarcer than the very, VERY common black cover program- google Kiss Alive Worldwide tour 1996-1997 program" and see . We stashed these away 20 or more years ago- unused, excellent shape. Not to be confused with the Metal Blade magazine's special issue with the silver cover and the price, UPC code, and lots of red copy on the cover!
