FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you end auctions early? No, never. I value all my customers and this rule gives everyone an equal chance to buy my cards. Please bid on my auctions with absolute confidence that the auction will run to the end with the item sold to the highest bidder.
Do you combine postage? Yes. My customers only pay one shipping cost but they must pay for all their items at the same time. Please do not pay your invoice until you are sure it is correct and you are sure you have finished buying. Feel free to take the time to browse all my items for sale. Invoices must be settled within 7 days.
Is the item in the photo the actual item I am buying? Yes. I never use stock photos. The item in the photo is the exact item you will receive.
Do you have a particular card I need in stock? No. Not at the moment. All of my stock is listed on eBay but I am continually sourcing new material and new items are added on a daily basis.
Do you accept offers? Yes. There is a 'best offer' option on all of my items. I will try to respond to offers as promptly as possible, normally within one hour. There may be a longer delay for international customers and I trade from within the London (UK) time zone. Offers are not accepted on auction items. They are always sold to the highest bidder. Please use the eBay best offer facility for all the items you are interested in. I do not trade off eBay.
Do you offer any other discounts? Yes. From time to time I will run eBay promotions which will be advertised on my fixed price listings. Terms apply to these promotions. You must use the UK version of eBay. (Although the offers apply worldwide). You must add items to a basket/cart and pay for all your items at the same time. Auction items and fixed price items where a 'best offer' has been made and accepted do not qualify and can't be combined with items included in these offers. Any discount is calculated automatically by eBay as you add/remove items to/from your basket/cart.
