From my research this is an Ashiko drum but please see photos to ensure I am correct on this. Item is in good working condition with minor wear to the wood such as scratches and a little damage to the bottom as seen in photo #11 & #12. See all photos for details on size and condition. Notice ruler in the photos. I'm not sure if the age or origin of this drum.
