Vintage Roland Rat Superstar Alarm Clock.

Rare Retro TV Collectable Item.

Clock has been used previously and then stored away.

Cosmetically there are a few rubs and marks to the paintwork mainly around edges.

The bells and alarm silver mechanism has marking and discolour from age and handling.

Metal back of clock has some grazing and marking.

The clock face has a couple of small marks but in nice condition.

I initially wound the clock with a couple of turns and everything worked well although after a few minutes the second hand started to stop and start so I wound up several more times and the mechanism seemed fine for a few hours before stopping and then starting when moved around. Being an old object I’m unsure if there may be an issue and ongoing sporadic stops and starts so selling with this issue.

The alarm works well and is clear and loud when it rings.

Otherwise a really good example of a rare vintage item.
