Payment:

Sunstar Company accepts PayPal payments for eBay orders.  

Shipping:

This product ships via Ground Services unless the listing states otherwise. Free Shipping offers only apply to orders shipping within the contiguous United States. For expedited shipping, please contact us for an estimate. PayPal orders only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses—no exceptions.

Sunstar Company does not ship to PO boxes or APE/FPO.

Warranty:

Unless otherwise stated, this product comes with a 14-day Sunstar warranty. When present, the manufacturer's warranty supersedes Sunstar's warranty. Warranty is for the original purchaser of the equipment and is applicable only to items sold in the US and Canada.

This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to items for resale. This warranty includes all DOA (Dead on Arrival) and defective merchandise.  The warranty does not cover any damage due to abuse or misuse. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to repair or replace the item at our cost. Resellers receive a 14-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Returns:

Sunstar offers no return policy. 

International Orders:

Sunstar may ship internationally only after prior approval. To get approved for international ordering, please contact us with the item number in question. PayPal orders only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses—no exceptions.
