“Kalamkari” refers to a South Indian block printing technique that was originally used to illustrate textiles depicting the stories of sacred Indian texts, like the Mahabharata, Ramayana and Bhagavatam. Highly skilled artisans in India use hand-carved wooden blocks to manually stamp patterns in natural dyes, building a design layer by layer. Here, it shows up on one of our comfortable Camp Collar Shirts, which can be worn all on their own, open over a tee or tank, or even layered under a sport coat. Cut with a clean, modern fit, it's just the thing for days you want something easy to pop on that will still make an impact."
