Exactly the same as many others on ebay if you check the numbers.
A good reliable AC to DC converter.
There are rectifiers being sold for classic bike use which are not the industry standard KBPC 35-04 type that is the only type i will supply.Generally, the photos might not show the part number but appear the same as the correct part. They might claim a 1000 volt rating and a 50amp capacity although i do not see what difference that might make to a 12 volt charging system which will rarely make  a 10 amp output.
You might find these rectifiers to be at a lower cost. That is because they are much cheaper to buy in.I would love to sell you a 50amp,1000 volt solid state rectifier and claim it will outlast your bike and carry a 5 years guarantee when i know that they will not outlast your bike at all, bearing in mind most classic bikes will have a 100 year life these days.My own bikes are over 50 years old so far to prove a point.
To sum up,i build classic bikes and have over 50 years experience in what works, and, what could fail or damage your wiring. If you like electrical experiments on your valuable motorcycle and are not too bothered with the possible fire in your loom under the fuel tank, i would suggest you buy the wrong part and save a few pence towards your next insurance premium or maybe just a new wiring loom if you get lucky.
My rectifiers will be individually tested by me prior to dispatch using my own test equipment so you can be assured it will work as long as you wire it in correctly.
I hope this information is of some benefit to those looking for a superior product.
