Refunds are base on case to case basis, please contact me for refund. All refund must be received within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new/unworn condition. Even if boots are worn only once we will not offer any returns. This is non negotiable.
Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstance and you are required to pay for the return/exchange shipping. If I make a shipping mistake, I'll do what I can to make it right.
When possible we will combine shipping for multiple winner.
