The game comes complete as pictured. The Game Cartridge and case are in Excellent condition, the manual has been sellotaped down the spine as I believe the outer page has come away from the staples. Please see the Detailed pictures of exact item for sale and the condition. All Parts of this game are genuine SEGA.
