Made by Empire U.K. Red and Black marbled bakelite plastic. This the 'Jubilee' Model. Referring to the Jubilee of ing George V, I'm guessing? If I'm correct, this model dates from 1935. Extract form Google search: "The Silver Jubilee of George V on 6 May 1935 marked 25 years of George V as the King of the United Kingdom" Condition: I have not tested this item to see if it works however everything is in tact and there is no visual damage. When the lever is pumped, it sounds like it's pumping air as it should. There are no cracks in the glass base or bakelite top. Given the age, I'd rate it an 8 to 8.5 out of 10 for condition.
