We charge reasonable postage and packing fees in line with eBays guidelines.

Postage and packing is not just to cover the cost of the postage it also covers other things like time and materials to package, cost of petrol to transport from the warehouse and to the dispatch centre, stationary materials like ink and paper etc.

We will do our best to ensure that your goods are sufficiently packaged to ensure damage does not take place. However, we cannot be held liable for packaging damage where it does not affect the use of the product.

Depending on the location where the goods are to be delivered, your goods should arrive within a few days. For UK customer, delivery is approximately 3-5 working days. For European customers, delivery is approximately 5-7 working days. For customers outside Europe and the UK, delivery is approximately 7-10 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Please be aware that the Royal Mail does not officially class an item as"Lost" until 15 working days have passed since posting. Once this time has passed we can file a claim with Royal Mail and replace missing item.

You can return the items you have ordered from us for any reason at any time, within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods shall be paid by you (the client) in the original postage and packing, or the item will not be refunded.

Any item returned for a refund must be unopened and complete in their original packaging. Any goods found to not be in their original condition will be kept without refund until the appropriate change is paid for the return of the goods to you.

Any product found to be faulty must be notified to us on the "contact us" link, where you will be notified of the appropriate action. Any items requested to be returned for inspection must be done so prior, to a replacement being issued.
