My eBay store is not a big business. 

It is a small hobby business that I operate from my garage for fellow movie lovers.

My store has a 5 business day handling time and that all DVDs are sent without tracking.

I do a mail out each weekend for orders placed during the week.

Please only contact me if it has been more than two weeks since the item has been marked as sent and you still have not received your item.

Please understand that I do not have any control over Australia Post postage times once the item has been sent.

Postage Charges

As of April 2024 Australia Post has increased the cost of postage so I in turn have had to increase my postage charges - please understand this is out of my control.

I am happy to combine postage on multiple items but only if the amount of postage paid is equal to what the cost to send would be - as a small hobby business I can not afford to absorb the cost of postage given that my items are so cheap to purchase.

If you discover a problem with the item I have sent please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback to see if we can resolve the issue first.

Most of my DVDs are second-hand and in good to excellent condition however some cases will have stickers or sticker residue on them however the disc/s are still fine, some DVDs are also brand new.

In my store you will see that my items are marked accordingly;

(Series) - TV Series or Box Set

(Blu-ray) - Disc is in Blu-ray format

(Multi) - There are multiple movies 

(Ex-rental) - Discs have previously been stocked for rent in video stores or are from cash converter type stores.

Please ignore the number in brackets at the end of the title - this number allows me to identify where the DVD is located in my storage.

I do not sell burnt copies or pirated discs however some of my DVDs are from different regions and the covers can look different, please be sure to check the region code prior to purchase.

Australian DVDs are coded for Region 4 and unless you have a region free DVD player you will not be able to play DVDs from other regions.

Luckily it is easy to reprogram most DVD players to Region 0 / All Regions - you simply need to google your DVD players brand and model number.
